And So It Begins
Hey Mediumers!
Life has had its twists and turns, but I’m finally taking the plunge headfirst into data science. Along the journey, I will release helpful tutorials and project write-ups about topics that excite me and bring a spark to my eyes.
About myself — I studied a multitude of subjects including criminology, psychology, chemistry, environmental sciences, and chemical engineering. After, I worked first in not-for-profit research and then in manufacturing, all the while taking a load of courses about data.
Data science is all-encompassing and it’s impossible for a single person to know everything about the subject and its applications, so I’ve placed my passion in three areas that are in line with my background: Fraud Detection, Public Safety, and Cybersecurity.
